Perfect-Pitch has more variety than any other karaoke in Durham.

The colour contrast on many Sound Choice song versions has been changed, so that it doesn't affect the colour blind (About 15,000 songs)... I also have been working at making duets a "standard" Blue=Boy, Pink=Girl & Green=Both singers, so there's no confusion with dozens of different colour schemes.

Song searching mad easy:
To find a song quickly in a search, I have removed code numbers and developed a system where you can simply add the word (Song... (Over 20,000 songs)) (ie. to find "Angel", search "Angel (Song1)". This significantly reduces the amount of HITS you get and makes it simple to find any song with common words for the title.

To find an artist quickly, simply type in "(Band)" after a name of common letters [ie. "Cher (Band)"], will return ONLY songs by the artist "Cher" and omit all other similar HITS like "CHERry" or "arCHER"! (About 2,500 songs)

Song times:
Long endings off songs have been significantly reduced (professionally edited, not fade outs) so that the next singer can get up much faster! I have also normalized the volume of each song so that the all play at a consistant volume. (Over 20,000 songs)

We are currently replacing every Sound Choice song with High Bit rate versions that allow for better bass, treble & midrange separation, so the songs sound crisp and clean and not muddy. (About 7,000 songs to go/out of 20,000) Almost all 75,000 KV songs have a bitrate of 320

I am also currently replacing inferior labels (Mediocre versions) with better quality version, so that every song I have sounds as close to the original as it can.


So you see, we've been working 6 -> 12 hours a days (365 days a year), to improve the library of music.


Finding "Hard to get" songs:
Once we get a customer's request to sing a song, I search my library to add your song request to the "Singer's queue". If the song isn't in our regular library, I access our subscription of 75,000 songs. If no versions are avalable there either, I search online (The entire internet) for your song choice. Once all searches are exhausted with no results, I copy the name and artist and continue searching the next day! I have not encountered a song that I couldn't get within a week!

Perfect-Pitch also has it's own karaaoke label. We can make karaoke songs, correct lyrics, turn songs from "Explisit Lyrics" to "Radio Edit" versions! Why offend some customers when any song can be made into a clean version?
